For all levels. We will explore various yoga postures and movements, building strength and flexibility, while also releasing stress and tension. Learn healthy breath patterns, a little yoga philosophy, and practical off the mat tools for modern living. Class will end with a deep relaxation practice and a 5 minute meditation. Bring a small pillow or blanket, a water bottle, and a yoga mat. There will be a few extra mats available for student use. No class 10/17, 11/28, 12/26, 1/2.
